1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Demofy platform, you confirm that you've read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User accounts

To use Demofy, you must create a registered account. You're responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials and password confidential.
• Providing accurate, current and complete registration information.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Using Demofy, you agree not to:

• Upload, generate or share illegal, abusive or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the platform.
• Disrupt service availability through spam or denial-of-service attempts.

4. Intellectual property

Demofy retains all right, title and interest in the platform, including its software, layout engines, logos and trademarks. You retain ownership of the original text, branding and media you provide. Generated demos remain available under your active subscription tier.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next cycle. You can modify or cancel a subscription anytime from your billing settings.

6. Service availability

We target high uptime and reliability, but uninterrupted service isn't guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, updates or third-party outages may occasionally cause brief interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demofy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from platform use, data loss or service interruption.

8. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant updates are announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Demofy after a change means you accept the update.
